Curb appeal is your best chance to create a strong first impression on buyers from a street perspective. The pluses and minuses that jump out at buyers form their initial opinion of your home and how you perform home's regular maintenance.
Knowing this helps us to decide what we can do to invite buyers from the street and into your house. If your house isn't at its best on the outside with retouched paint and blooming garden plants we'll need to address those as well. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and raise your home's final selling price.

"Welcome to your new home!"
Does your home seem to say, "Hello From Your New Welcome Home" to a buyer? Touring your property with a critical eye, I'll recommend adjustments that build up Open House appeal.
I'll advise you eliminate anything that gives the appearance of clutter. Counter tops should be free and clear. Knickknacks, souvenirs, family photos, and play time artwork should get moved out of sight. I can help you de-clutter your house. Unsightly or dirty spaces make your home seem unkempt and buyers have a more difficult time imagining themselves calling your property "home".
Every room gets a once-over. I'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be put in storage, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, rugs needing to get changed, fixtures that need shining, and any other improvement that can inexpensively be made to positively influence the sale.
Buyers' agents know that their clients like to see a house that seems comfortable. Decor that could be unsightly should be removed in order for your house to achieve mass appeal during any visit.

Setting the Stage
I'll tell you when to show your home, because everything comes together to set the stage for what buyers can look forward to when they consider buying your house.
Dark rooms can be a real mood killer, so we'll do things like draw back curtains and reduce shadows where needed to invite the buyer inside. Together we'll enhance the air of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests take a walk-through of your home and assure a nice aroma flows room-to-room. We'll include cozy-looking throws, and throw pillows on your sofa and bed. Buyers should feel like your current house is their future home.
